In addition to the hire charges, we require a $200 security deposit on the day of pick up. This is refunded to you upon the safe return of the Motorcycle in an acceptable condition. Please note that any breach of the hire Terms & Conditions can lead to forfeiture of your security deposit. The deposit is released within 5 to 7 working days.
We advise all our customers to choose their booking times and dates carefully. Although we understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable, we reserve the right to retain 30% of your hire total at our discretion.
Of course they are! Each motorbike has a full comprehensive insurance.
That depends on the motorbike model and the age of the rider, please make sure you carefully read the Terms & Conditions before booking.
Yes, you can. However, please give us as much time as possible to organize it. We are at the rental point by appointment only (pick-up/drop-off).
If you think you won't be back by the agreed drop-off time, please let us know a day earlier so we can try to organize it for you. We charge an extra $10 for each extra hour. Please note that in some situations we are not able to extend your booking due to the possibility of the motorbike being booked by another customer.
As stated in the Terms & Conditions, no motorbike is allowed to be taken out to any track, used off-road or to be ridden as part of any race, rally, or trial. This is a strict condition and we can't have any exemptions.
Yes, the insurance does cover a pillion passenger provided the rider holds an appropriate license that allows him/her to ride with a pillion passenger.
All our motorbikes are fitted with pillion seats.
Depending on the Rent Point there may be limited on-site or street parking available. Details are provided on the Rent Points section of our website.
Sorry, these restrictions are in place by our insurance company. We can't have any exemption, unfortunately.
Each motorbike has a different age and licence restriction which is listed on the product page. If you are unsure you can also contact us for further information.
You can order an Uber, it usually costs around $30 to $45 from Brisbane CBD to our location or around $50 to $65 from Brisbane Airport.
Another way would be taking the train to Woodridge station which is 3.7 KM away from our rental point, however if you arrive by bus the Springwood bus station is only 1.5 KM away.
